At Northeastern, he enjoys the remarkable growth of the college and how important computer science is in relation to our technology's existence.
Prior to joining Northeastern, Howard was the dean of students at City on a Hill Charter Public School and a counselor at Madison Park Technical Vocation High School, and joined the Boston Housing Authority as a leasing officer supporting low-income housing with their section 8 voucher program.
