Biography
Taryn Tessari is the director of faculty affairs at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. She earned her BA in History from Framingham State University and her MEd from Northeastern University. Tessari works closely with the associate dean of faculty and various faculty committee chairs to establish timely processing of college and university protocols related to tenure and promotion and faculty hiring. She also collaborates with the dean’s office administrative team in ensuring the efficiency of college processes and procedures. She is passionate about creating equitable and efficient ways that faculty can pursue the tenure and promotion process in addition to professional growth. Tessari looks forward to continuing to create faculty programming in which faculty can thrive and connect with one another across the Northeastern network.
Tessari grew up in Hudson, Massachusetts.
