Sara Dell is an associate co-op coordinator in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, based in Boston. 

Dell teaches the “Professional Development Co-op" course. She joined Khoury College in 2023, impressed by the undergraduate co-op team’s innovation and collaboration. She is passionate about working with students and supporting them through their job searches and career development. She also likes to advocate for students who face unique challenges in education, including international, neurodiverse, first-generation, and LGBTQ+ students. 

Prior to Northeastern, Dell was a co-op advisor at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She lived in Chicago for twenty years before returning to the Northeast to be closer to family. She is an avid reader, walker, and explorer of different cultures and cuisines.
