Sina Fazelpour is an assistant professor at Khoury College, jointly appointed with the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. His research draws on tools and techniques from philosophy, cognitive science, agent-based simulation, and machine learning to analyze issues of justice, diversity, and reliability in data-driven and AI technologies.

Matthias Felleisen

Matthias Felleisen is a trustee professor at Khoury College and an oft-awarded, 40-year scholar in programming languages and software engineering. Among other contributions, he has developed a K–12 math and programming outreach project, the Racket programming language that supports it, and a widely used theoretical framework for modeling programming languages.

Clifton Forlines is an associate research professor at Khoury College, affiliated with the Northeastern University Visualization Consortium (NUVis). His human-computer interaction research focuses on the relationship between input and visual data manipulation, to provide meaningful insights from data and support better decision-making.

Kevin Fu

Kevin Fu is a professor at Khoury College and the College of Engineering, and founder and director of the Archimedes Center for Health Care and Medical Device Cybersecurity. He strives to understand and improve the security of embedded systems and devices, particularly in health care.

Yun Raymond Fu is a University Distinguished Professor jointly appointed between the College of Engineering and Khoury College. He is a widely renowned scholar in AI, machine learning, data mining, and computer vision whose resume includes 500+ scientific publications and 40+ patented inventions.

Joshua Gancher

Joshua Gancher is an assistant professor at Khoury College. His research into cryptographic software and formal methods seeks to mathematically verify the security of foundational software, and to create tools to do that process at scale.

Auroop Ganguly

Auroop Ganguly is a College of Engineering Distinguished Professor with a courtesy appointment in Khoury College. His award-winning research encompasses hydrometeorology, hydroclimatology, climate and weather extremes, data mining, machine learning, and nonlinear physics.

Wolfgang Gatterbauer

Wolfgang Gatterbauer is an associate professor at Khoury College. He works on the theory of scalable data management, with the goal of expanding data management systems and enabling them to support novel functionalities.

Chris Geeng

Chris Geeng is a teaching professor at Khoury College. They are interested in technology design as a way to enfranchise marginalized people and minimize harm; to that end, they teach courses on human–computer interaction and object-oriented programming and conduct research related to privacy practices.

Fatemeh Ghoreishi is an assistant professor at Khoury College, jointly appointed with the College of Engineering. Her research examines machine learning and Bayesian statistics for design and decision-making under uncertainty.

Matthew Goodwin

Matthew Goodwin is a professor at Khoury College, jointly appointed with the Bouvé College of Health Sciences. He works with people on the autism spectrum to develop and evaluate behavioral assessment and intervention technologies, enabling caregivers to more capably and compassionately assist their loved ones.

Ian Gorton

Ian Gorton is a professor of the practice and the director of mobility programs at Khoury College’s Seattle campus. His work focuses on creating and analyzing high-performance distributed systems and tools that embody design principles, for use by architects in other projects.
