Biography

Michaela Gill is an assistant director of graduate student services at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University's Portland, Maine campus. She earned her bachelor's in American studies and German studies from Smith College, and her master's in educational leadership and policy studies from Boston University.

Gill enjoys working with Northeastern's co-op and career advisors to help students design their academic experience in a way that suits their long-term goals. She is continually impressed by the Align program and the access it offers to historically excluded populations and to those who may not have considered computer or data science earlier in their educational journey.

In her free time, she sings in a local choir and takes swing dance lessons.
