Biography

Melissa Peikin is the senior director of experiential education and a senior co-op coordinator at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. She earned her bachelor's in english from Boston College and her master's in publishing and writing from Emerson College. At Northeastern, Peikin manages the undergraduate co-op team, driving overall co-op strategy and team goals. As co-op coordinator, she offers one-on-one advising, group meetings, resume critiques, and building interview skills. Her favorite aspect of her work is witnessing students’ career growth firsthand and the faculty’s research and projects both inside the classroom and on co-op.

Peikin grew up in Boston, Massachusetts.
