Gail Fitzgerald is the senior director of marketing, recruiting and digital strategies at Northeastern University’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences. Fitzgerald earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Northeastern University. She manages all marketing, events and communications for Khoury College from websites to collateral materials, and social media to news. She greatly enjoys the range of things she can work on and is passionate about Khoury’s mission to involve more people in computer science.

Prior to Northeastern, she worked at Tufts University in the Department of Computer Science, the Center for Engineering Outreach, and TECnet, a small non-profit. When she became director of TECnet, Fitzgerald oversaw grant writing and financial management to marketing and project management. She and her team delivered training on the use of the Internet as a collaboration tool, developed online learning tools, and developed websites.

Fitzgerald grew up in central New York before moving to Rhode Island.
