Biography
David Paquette is the assistant director of graduate student retention and engagement at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. He earned his bachelor’s in human resource management from UMass Dartmouth and his master’s in higher education administration from UMass Amherst. In his role, Paquette oversees graduate student clubs and supports student organizations at network campuses. He hopes to develop infrastructure using assessment and data collection in the development and direction of future engagement opportunities.
He is passionate about creating supportive student networks, both peer and professional-led, to allow students the ability to achieve their educational goals, especially those historically excluded or underrepresented in higher education.
Outside of work, Paquette is interested in music, disability identity, activism, and ableism/disablism.
