Biography

Arianna Pagan is a senior academic advisor at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. She earned both her bachelor's in psychology and her master's in education research from Emmanuel College. Pagan delivers holistic, inclusive, and student-focused academic advising in which she guides students in identifying their interests, abilities, and academic goals from orientation through graduation. She enjoys making new knowledge accessible to everyone — no matter their background — and creating an equitable space for all.

Prior to joining Northeastern, Pagan worked as a licensed social worker in Massachusetts and collaborated with clinicians, teachers, and guidance counselors to create a college-bound program to help these students prepare for college or technical programs. In order to help bridge the education gap, she became involved in college admissions and then academic advising to continue assisting students in achieving their academic potential.

Pagan grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts.
