    Rasika Bhalerao is an assistant teaching professor at Khoury College. Her areas of teaching include introductory courses (Fundamentals of Computer Science and the Align program), artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and ethical computing.

  • Miguel Fuentes-Cabrera

    Miguel Fuentes-Cabrera is an associate teaching professor in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, based in Oakland. Before joining Khoury College in 2023, Fuentes-Cabrera built his research career at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee, where he used computational physics techniques to investigate nanomaterials.

  • John Alexis Guerra Gomez

    John Alexis Guerra Gomez is an associate teaching professor at Khoury College. Throughout his career in academia and industry, he has worked on data, user interface design, network visualization, and human–computer interaction projects, both in the US and in his native Colombia.

  • Almudena Konrad

    Almudena Konrad is a visiting teaching professor at Khoury College. She teaches courses on discrete structures and mathematics of data models, and previously held a faculty position in the Math and Computer Science Department at Mills College.

    Alvaro Monge is a teaching professor at Khoury College, and assistant dean and director of computing programs for the college’s California campuses. He is passionate about supporting and retaining underrepresented students in computing and preparing them to thrive in the tech industry.
