Students are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professional behavior while on co-op or internship. Khoury has established a specific set of rules, and you’re required to read, initial, and follow the Co-op Internship Acceptance Agreement form prior to every co-op or internship experience. Please note some co-op employers require physical exams, criminal background checks, security clearances, drug testing, and/or other screenings prior to and during employment. Failure to complete or pass these types of qualifying screenings may impact your offer and eligibility.

We refer to co-op as a work experience that is 6-8 months in length. An internship is primarily over the summer months, and can run 3-4 months. In order to qualify as an approved full-time co-op or internship, you must work full time—a minimum of 32 hours per week—in a given role.
