Alumni Skills Verification Request Form: This form is for Khoury alumni who are requesting a verification letter to support their work visa/green card process. It may be submitted at any time.
Elective Courses for Graduate Students Outside of Khoury: This form is for graduate students outside of Khoury. The form is open during the period when Khoury graduate staff process requests.
