Girl of Revolution: Utena

Welcome, this is my page about the Girl of Revolution: Utena. This series is one of the most beautifully written stories I have ever seen. The stories focus more on the real emotions of the characters, not just the strange powers that are present in their world. The people suffer from real problems and deal with them as best they can, even if the best they can involves calling on the power to bring the world revolution.      You know anything about Utena? ::chuckle:: Want to laugh your butt off? Go here. ^_^ Karen-san and Becka-san have created one of the funniest sites on the internet. Their site has pictures, info, and more laughs than the "Anal Probe" episdoe of South Park. Each page has an intro that will have you rolling on the floor with laughter, and then you'll reach the actual content of the page. :) Go here. You won't regret it.

The Utena Encyclopedia

     Wondering just who the heck this Utena girl is? Seen parts of the series, and want to know what the hell the deal is with that Akio guy? Well, here's where ya go. :) The Utena Encyclopedia has transcripts, song lyrics (in japanese and in english) and all sorts of other nifty galleries. Check it out, you'll come out getting some of those injokes from the BS&HB page. ^_^


     I have a whole lot of Utena merchandise. I have manga books, anime books, and two cd's so far. The music is beautiful, the heavy parts are heavy in the right places, and the orchestral pieces are heart-wrenching. Everyone loves the music, me especially. I have ripped most of the songs on my cd's into mp3s, and I'll send copies to those that ask for them (I have an ftp site, and I will give you temporary access so you can get them). I also have scanned most of my Utena books for my page (and those of friends). I'll have some up when I get the chance but until then, if you want something, just ask for it, and I'll find something for you. Zya ne! ^_^
