Open Innovation using the Scientific Community Game (SCG)
We are working on SCG Courts, a generic implementation
of The Scientific Community Game and we look
for additional funding. SCG Courts
takes as input a playground definition and it creates the
administrator that enforces the playground rules and a baby avatar
that is fit for the playground by following the playground rules but
otherwise not behaving intelligently.
The social welfare of the game
is the human or avatar (created by humans)
that wins by solving the underlying problem well
and the claims that are successfully defended most of the time.
SCG offers a new metric to compare innovative procedures
used in numerous technical and scientific domains.
SCG is especially suitable for comparing automated procedures.
