Code4Community

Impactful, deliberate, and inclusive software at no cost

Code4Community, or C4C, is Northeastern University’s student-led collective for charitable software development.

The club uses inclusive design principles to deliver intuitive, performant software solutions to nonprofit and governmental clients in Greater Boston, including the City of Boston, childhood cancer charity Lucy’s Love Bus, and tree stewardship charity Speak for the Trees. In the process, the club’s more than 50 members build technical skills in software development, product management, UX/UI design, and product design.

Code4Community is a stellar example of a student organization that changes the world. At Code4Community you will apply and improve your skills while helping nonprofits increase efficiency and modernize. The work you do will touch and benefit the lives of those who need it most for years to come
