Undergraduate Clubs and Organizations

Build knowledge, experience, and community

Khoury College is home to dozens of different undergraduate student clubs and organizations. Groups like the Sports Analytics Club and the Artificial Intelligence Club offer students communities in which to bond over shared interests and build networks of computer science peers. And organizations like the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the Game Development Club help students to hone the skills they’ll need to become leaders in their industries.

Sandbox has given me not just the support I need to learn new technologies and work as a team; it has given me a space where I can discover my voice and my place within the Northeastern community

In organizations such as NUCCDC and the CTF Club, students test their know-how for a chance to bring home the gold, while groups like Sandbox and Northeastern Electric Racing offer their members a chance to create something completely new.

Some groups, such as ColorStack@NU and Out in STEM, focus on providing a sense of place and belonging for students historically underrepresented in computer science, whose identities mean they may face extra hurdles in their careers. With clubs like FirstByte and Girls Who Code, students have a chance to give back to the community and use the skills they’re building in the classroom to build a better world. There are so many to choose from!
