Biography

Bridie Mager is an academic advisor in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, based in Boston. 

Mager advises students as they work toward their academic goals and navigate the requirements of their programs. She enjoys being part of a Khoury community that respects each person’s goals, achievements, and vision, and she believes that computer science can be for everyone. 

Prior to joining Northeastern in 2023, Mager was the assistant director of residential life and education at Saint Anselm College. There, she managed housing operations, facilitated RA selection and trainings, collaborated with faculty on educational experiences within residence halls, and established and chaired the Fresh Check Day Mental Health fair. 

In her free time, Mager enjoys listening to stories through audiobooks, podcasts, and documentaries. In summer, she can be found camping with her family or cooling off at any nearby body of water.
