Biography
Aditya Mishra is an associate teaching professor at the Khory College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. He earned his bachelor’s in information technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, his master’s in information technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and his PhD in computer science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Before joining Northeastern, he was an assistant professor of computer science at Seattle University.
Aditya earned his Summer Faculty Fellowship award in 2021 from Seattle University. He was a Seattle University Center for Environmental Justice and Sustainability Fellow 2016-2017. As a graduate student, he received the School of Computer Science Outstanding Graduate Student Award in 2012 and passed the PhD qualifying exam with distinction. He has also been published in multiple conferences and journals, including ACM Transactions on Cyber-Physical Systems, IEEE JSAC, ACM eEnergy, IEEE INFOCOM, and IEEE GLOBECOM.
Outside the classroom, Aditya enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and meditating!
