| We are working with Google to broaden research opportunities among students traditionally underrepresented in tech and to increase the diversity of PhD candidates and faculty. | Together with ServiceNow and Accenture, we designed a multi-day industry training and hackathon to develop skills in cloud application development while also solving real-world problems. | A four-year collaboration with Facebook to grow Align (our MSCS for students with no tech background) and launch the MSCS Pathways to Computing Consortium to scale this innovation nationally. |

| A multi-part effort to build the confidence of students from diverse and non-technical backgrounds and prepare them to pass the technical interview and thrive in the workforce. | As HubSpot has experienced quick growth, making it one of Boston’s leading tech firms, the company has relied on co-ops, hiring 100+ Northeastern students in the past four years. | Building off a long-term talent relationship (more than 120 co-ops since 2017), our Cybersecurity and Privacy Institute is partnering with PwC to address specific business needs identified by unit leaders. |
