Biography
Martin Schedlbauer is a teaching professor and the director of online faculty and programs at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. He earned his bachelor’s and PhD in computer science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Schedlbauer teaches courses in data and information science and finds the most rewarding aspect of teaching to be the collaborative discovery process.
Prior to joining Northeastern, he started several tech companies and is founder, CEO, and CTO of Technology Resource Group, Inc. and a CTO at BEA Systems, which is currently part of Oracle. In his spare time, he enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing, boating, and playing ice hockey.
Schedlbauer grew up in Straubing, Germany.
